National Board of Directors

Women in Nuclear Canada has three Director at Large positions open for the upcoming term and we are inviting interested members to submit their nominations.

Each director, once elected, will start their term after the vote has been ratified at the Annual General Assembly in September. They will sit for a two-year term which can be extended for up to two subsequent terms.

Directors participate in four board meetings per year and take on special projects throughout their term. The upcoming two years will be exciting as we prepare to host the WiN-Global conference in 2020.

The nominations period will run from Monday, May 27, 2019 to June 7, 2019 at 11:59pm. Once the nominations period closes, the nominees will be formally announced and there will be a three-week campaign period for members to learn about the candidates.

The voting period will be from Tuesday, July 2, 2019 to Friday, July 12, 2019.
