Back by popular demand, Women in Nuclear Canada is excited to announce that after the success of the 2020 program we have launched a spring cohort of the betterLEADER Leadership Development Program, facilitated by Wtiz Education Inc.
This program will provide participants with practical strategies for interpersonal conflict resolution in the workplace, help them alter their attitude towards change, and will create behavioural patterns to minimize conflicts altogether. Participants will gain self- awareness while applying the tools learned to practical scenarios that directly relate to their day-to-day activities. Furthermore, the insights gained from this program can be applied beyond the specific roles of the individuals to promote more effective interactions, team cohesion, and leadership abilities.
