This 45-minute keynote empowers women in nuclear to step into their confidence despite workplace challenges like being talked over, body image insecurities, and self-doubt. Instead of focusing on external obstacles, this talk uses the ACE method (Awareness, Curiosity, and Empowered Action) to give them practical tools to shift their self-perception and claim their space with confidence.
