WiN-Durham End of Year Social Event

Come celebrate Madame Curie's birthday and the end of 2023 with Members of the WiN-Durham Chapter Executive, other WiN Members, OTU Students, family and friends on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 for an evening of dinner, networking and games.

We will also be collecting donations for the Bethesda House Holiday Hamper Program. Donations of non-perishable food, gift cards, and new unwrapped toys will be collected at the event. For more information on the Bethesda House Holiday Hamper Program, please check HERE.

Event schedule:

• 5:30pm - Pizza, Networking, Madame Curie Icebreaker
• 6:30pm - Euchre and Board Games
• 8:00pm - End of Games

• Euchre experience is not required to participate as rules and support will be provided!
  
• There are only paid parking options at OTU, so carpooling is encouraged.
  
• Games will be hosted in the Energy Systems and Nuclear Science Research Centre building, room 2056.

Registration cost: FREE, however, we ask everyone to register to ensure we have enough food for everyone!
