WiN Canada’s 20th Annual Conference | Splitting Atoms & Breaking Barriers

We’re excited to be hosting our 20th Annual WiN Canada Conference from October 15-18, 2023 in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Please join us for an exciting program that will include an opportunity for networking, professional development, exchanging ideas and technical tours. We have an exciting lineup of speaker’s this year that you won’t want to miss! Our conference theme focuses on the advancements we’re making in the nuclear industry in Canada, both domestically and internationally, profiling the valuable contribution women make to the nuclear industry and continuing to advance the representation of women in nuclear. We're looking forward to seeing you in October!

Sunday October 15th - Join us on Sunday for our social and cultural tours.  On Sunday evening, we will host our Opening Reception, with Indigenous Speaker’s, Dancers and Drummers. 

Monday October 16th - We have a full plenary session program lined up, with a variety of breakout sessions. We will also be hosting our Annual Awards and Scholarships Gala. Our Awards and Scholarship Gala will highlight students and professionals who are making a difference in the nuclear industry in Canada. Our guests are welcome to dress up for our Gala (sequins, feathers, heels). Whatever you’re most comfortable with – you do you!

Tuesday October 17th – We will host industry speakers, hear from experts on one of our panels and feature members in some of our breakout sessions. We will also host our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday October 17th. Our closing reception will take place on Tuesday evening and will be an UN-Gala. For those who may be new attendees at our conference, this means that smart-casual wear is part of the theme. Our theme for our UN-Gala will be announced shortly. Stay tuned for more information!

Wednesday October 18th – On the final day, we’re excited to host a variety of technical tours and workshops.
